Dr. Claire Nelson, founder and president of the Institute of Caribbean Studies, heads the National Caribbean Complete Count Committee, which has an alliance with the Unity Diaspora Coalition regarding Census and Civic engagement.
In South Florida, under the leadership of State Representative Hazelle Rogers, member of the statewide complete count committee, the Greater Caribbean American Cultural Coalition Census sub-committee was organized with Mr. Hulbert James and Roxanne Valies as co-chairs.
